Original platine for a gravity or sawtooth clock, equipped with holes for the later date rail guidance system. These are 2″ or 5 cm. The earlier versions are 2 3/8″ or 6 cm tall. It is the side that holds the corner pins to connect the other platine. The top pins are lose as they also need to hold the pendulum end holder that sticks out of the dial. Buyer needs to take that part from its own clockwork. In excellent but used condition.
