One of a kind an Gems or chamois. An exceptional find in this excellent condition. Made form paper mache. A technique well used in the 1800s to make statues on top of the German regulator clocks. This is a fine example. Marked on the inside with a number and Ges. Geschutzt. It stands approx. 6 1/4″ or 16 cm tall and 5 1/2″ or 14 cm wide. A small wood block with dowel was glued to the back of the statue, dowel was broken, I removed it but I leave it with the statue for reference. Statue has an old repair. Used items signs of use.
We sell used parts, taken from used clocks. New parts and new old stock parts. They are bound to have signs of use, may be in need of cleaning.
