Description
One of kind saw tooth or gravity clock. Marked anno 1750 in the dial. Clockwork is checked and cleaned and corrected where necessary. The factory made the stand to look old. Clock is mid 1970s. It has a tag on the bottom with scratched into it a Latin phrase “Utamur Tempore Quod nobis est.” Use the time that is left to us. At least that’s what I can make of it. Nice patina for the brass. In excellent condition. It stands approx. 35 1/2″ or 90 cm tall and 10″ or 26 cm wide and deep. Will be taken apart for shipping and minor reassembly is required upon receipt.
We sell used parts, taken from used clocks. New parts and new old stock parts. They are bound to have signs of use, may be in need of cleaning. They might look slightly different then pictured due to production process differences. The colors could be slightly different. Collaborating pictures are shown for reference and are never, unless clearly specified, part of the sale.
