Description
One of a kind Dutch Friesian short tail clock. The clockwork is not weight driven but spring driven. It is a junghans clockwork marked B06 which dates this clock back to around 1910. Nice dial with cherub type of figures. Clock runs great, pendulum set up is like the friesian stoel clock through a crutch. It has an attention point; The original roof of cloth needs replacement after 120 years. See a crack in the wood on the side it is not disturbing. Old glass pane in the door with an air bubble in it. Only things consistent with the age of the clock. An angel is missing 2 wings, I will add 2 that need to be colored with the rest I leave that for the buyer. I think it is a very nice and unusual clock. It hangs approx. 33″ or 84 cm tall with the statues on it and 11 1/4″ or 29 cm wide and 7 1/2″ or 19 cm wide. Used item signs of use and age!
