A so called “bril” or glasses, thats how these are called I think it is a bit of a stretch but if you unfold it then you get a shape that looks like glasses. It is used to hook up the pendulum of a clock in the side or roof of the case when the clock work has no hook up. It’s taken from a Zaanse or Zaandam clockwork. Used item signs of use.
