One of a kind art deco clock set. French origin 1930s old. Clock and 2 side vases. This clock screams art deco, the nice geometrical shapes of the marble the stands and that decorated with a woman with art deco hair cut playing with a tiger cup I presume it is. Casted in spelter. The woman sits on top of the clock and has shawl of sorts which is in the beak of the tiger. There are plenty pictures of it. Clock is in working order, dial is a little faded in the centre where the name of the clock builder was. Chimes on a bell one time for the half hour and a full set of strikes for the hour. Marble has some chips and needs a bit of polishing. Same goes for the side vases. Nice patina on the clock. Overall in excellent condition given its age! It stands approx. 12.5” or 32 cm tall and 20.5 or 52 cm wide and 6” or 15 cm deep. The side vases stand 7.5” or 19 cm tall and 5.75” or 14.5 cm wide and deep. For safe shipping clockwork and or statues are removed from the marble and buyer must be comfortable to place them back.
